Grievance Redressal Policy

Grievance Redressal Committee
The school has constituted a Grievance Redressal Committee consisting of:
- Principal – Chairperson
- Senior Teaching Staff Members
- Administrative Representative
- Student / Parent Representative (where applicable)
Procedure for Submitting a Grievance
- Grievances should be submitted in writing to the school office or designated authority.
- Complaints may also be submitted via email or through official communication channels.
- Anonymous complaints may be reviewed at the discretion of the school.
Resolution Process
- All grievances will be acknowledged within a reasonable time frame.
- The committee will review the grievance impartially.
